We are looking for a fulltime employee to assist the accounts receivables team for 2 months. You will have general administrative tasks like creating invoices, processing refunds and creating memos. All tasks related to the before and after sales, like working with contracts, are also part of the job. Basic understanding of business administration is required. The system you are using during this job is called 'Oracle'.
Experience with this system is a big plus. Fluency in English is a must, since all the communication is in English. Any knowledge of French or German would be helpful, but is not necessary. Other skills we are looking for in an employee are being a team player, being stress-resistant and flexibility. Moreover, you should be a hard worker and able to add value to the company. A good sense of humor would be great.
