he Sales Representative will pro-actively sell Mammoet’s services and expertise within the designated geographical territory within Europe. He or She will Focus on maintaining customer relationships, business development and new markets & customers. This all linked to sales targets and troubleshooting on customer problems in line with the contractual and internal standards, in order to contribute to a successful development of Mammoet in line with its strategy and its ability.
Reports to Manager Sales Key result areas - Sales; Identify and secure business from new and existing customers, and ensuring customers satisfaction; - Develop New Market’s; Assess and select data resources with information on markets, competitors and identify business opportunities and trends; - Account management; Initiate, maintain and deepen relationships with (potential) customers, monitor the developments; - Sales planning;
Develop and realize a sales plan which in line with the Mammoet strategy; - Contract management; Prepare and-or coordinate (quotations for) contracts in line with the guidelines for contract management and networking; - Negotiation; Negotiate with internal and external parties in order to close the deal.
