Job Mission Take lead on timely delivery of all D&E pre-install documentation for highly complex machines. Act as second line support for our own factory & customers. Drive continuous improvement. Job Description • Make project plan, aligned with all stakeholders • Support projects in getting scope clear • Train and support projects on way of working • Do quick checks on project deliverables, to monitor quality • Integrate package, maintain data files • Assess design changes on fab & facilities impact • Give support on questions from customer and own factory (“2nd line support”) • Drive continuous improvement: o Help with improvements on training material, templates and processes o Analyze lessons learned, create improvement proposals o Build (and share) fab & facility knowledge Education Bachelor or Masters (preferably mechanics, electronics or thermal & flow) Experience • At least 2 years ASML working experience, preferably in the area of factory preparation • At least 1 years working experience as junior project lead Personal skills • Assertive & Critical: ‘seeing is believing mentality’. Not afraid to push or escalate • Works structured with high quality drive • Helicopter view. Can assess overall project risk based on lot of uncertainties • Quality Driven Context of the position The D&E pre-install is operational within multidisciplinary, cross-sectorial projects. He/she will report to the group leader Mechanical System Layout and to the mechanical layout project lead. Within ASML, the sector Development & Engineering (D&E) is responsible for the specification, design and engineering of the ASML products. In this sector, departments such as Mechatronics, Mechanics and Electronics specify, design, and qualify the various modules of the ASML products. Each department consists of discipline and function oriented groups where emphasis lies on particular competence or functions in ASML equipment.
